What we do
Laser cutting
Your DXF, DWG, SVG, AI, EPS, or PDF cut in balsa, plywood, light ply, or basswood — up to 1/2 in thick on a 29 × 45 in bed. Thicker stock is often possible; ask.
Laser engraving
Text, logos, part numbers, and labels engraved on anything we cut, or on wood you bring us. Every part in a kit can carry its own engraved ID.
Model-aircraft parts
Our specialty: ribs, formers, spars, and sheeting cut from plans or CAD files. Retention tabs release clean, so parts need little or no sanding.
Hot-wire foam wing cores
4-axis CNC cores from 1,500+ airfoils — tapered, swept, or washed out, with spar channels cut in. Panels to 26 in span and 3 in thick.
Custom design work
No file? Send a sketch, a photo, or a paper plan and we draw it. Full custom R/C aircraft design to your specs is available too.
White-label kit runs
Production runs of short kits under your brand, shipped as nested labeled sheets ready to bag and sell. Minimum two kits.

- Where are you located?
- We're a shop in Chandler, Arizona. Local customers across the Phoenix East Valley — Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, Queen Creek, and Phoenix itself — can arrange pickup, and we ship nationwide.
- What file formats do you accept?
- DXF, DWG, SVG, AI, EPS, and PDF. If all you have is a sketch or a scanned paper plan, send it anyway — drawing it up is part of what we do.
- What does a job cost?
- Small jobs start around $30–$50 depending on sheet count and material. Every job is quoted before you commit, so you'll never be surprised by the price.
- How long does it take?
- Most jobs ship in 1–3 business days, and same-day service is available when the schedule allows. White-label kit runs can turn in as little as 24 hours.
- Can I supply my own wood?
- Yes. Ship it or drop it off, and any unused stock comes back with your finished parts.
- Do you cut metal or acrylic?
- No — we cut wood products only: balsa, plywood, light ply, and basswood, plus foam on the hot-wire machine.
