The machine that cuts it

Our wide-format laser: a 45 × 29 in working area that swallows full sheet stock and cuts balsa, light ply, and basswood up to 1/2 inch thick in a single pass. Thicker stock is often possible; just ask.

Hot-wire foam wing cores
